After harvesting, the roses are dipped in a glycerin-based solution. This solution replaces the water in the rose's cells and thus preserves its natural structure.

With proper care, roses will last up to 3 years or even longer. It is important not to touch them, not to water them and to avoid direct sunlight if possible.

Yes! The preservation process removes the natural rose scent. We spray the roses with “Eeu de Parfum” before shipping so that the rose boxes arrive fragrant. This scent will fade over time. Spray your Infinity Roses with your favorite scent from a distance of approx. 15cm. This can be a perfume or room spray.

The price is due to the complex and time-consuming preservation. The rose heads are then arranged by hand in the boxes. This way you can enjoy the roses for 1-3 years.

No, they all refer to the same type of preserved flowers/roses and are only used for marketing purposes.

As a general rule, we send the boxes without an invoice or delivery note. We are always marked as the sender. You can choose a greeting card when ordering and the recipient will immediately know who the gift is from.

Of course you have the option of revoking your order within 14 days. Please carefully press the box back into the foam and send it in the original box. You will bear the return shipping costs yourself.

If the box or roses arrive damaged, please write us an email and send 1-2 photos. We will assess the damage and get back to you on the same day.
